We'll have an area reserved for us at The Living Room, where a host will be waiting to welcome you when you arrive and settle you in to the Social. (Make sure you check here before the Social to see who is hosting) Keep your eyes peeled for a CitySocialising logo on the table or ask the venue staff for the table reserved under the name CitySocialising.

ONCE YOU BOOK YOUR PLACE, PLEASE POST A MESSAGE ON THE COMMENTS BOARD TO SAY WHAT KIND OF MUSIC YOU’RE INTO, OR WHETHER YOU’RE A MUSICIAN, DJ OR A CLUBBER PERHAPS, SO THAT IT’S EASIER TO CONNECT YOU WITH OTHERS INTO THE SAME THING BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE NIGHT.

Join other Music Lovers in Nottingham & Derby as we go to Living Room - a stylish and relaxed venue in Nottingham's Lace Market. With its cool timber decor and comfy leather booths, it's the ideal place to kick back after work and get to know some new people and chat about your favourite bands . If we're lucky, we'll also be treated to a live band as the evening goes on, providing the perfect soundtrack to our evening with other music lovers! We'd love you to join us and meet a great new crowd in your city. Invite any music-loving friends to register and book their place for free too to join us!!

RSVP to confirm if you are coming (if this is your first social please read the Regular Social Notes below) and then:

* post a message on the Comments board to introduce yourself and chat to your fellow guests (you will receive an email each time your host posts something here)* check the guestlist to see who else is coming and drop your host and everyone else a message to say hi

* After the Social go to "My Social Diary" and, from your "Past Socials" section, earn points for free gifts and membership upgrades by rating and reviewing the day/night and uploading and sharing photos and videos with your fellow guests!

* And of course remember to add the profiles of the people you got on with to your Friends List to keep in touch and invite them to other Socials you attend.Have Fun!The CitySocialising Team

Regular Socials Notes:

Money:
Unless otherwise indicated, for all Socials you will be expected to cover your own costs, so please ensure that you bring enough cash to cover e.g. your own ticket/entry price, food, drinks, relative service charge etc.For food Socials one bill is usually provided for the table. Therefore, make sure you keep note of what food and drinks you order and how much it costs as the group will be expected to split the bill fairly at the end of the meal.

What to wear:
Feel free to wear what you want but, if in doubt, double-check with the venue before you attend a Social. Some clubs, for example, won't allow scruffy clothes, and for Outdoor Socials remember to wear appropriate clothing and bring waterproofs in case of rain.

Cancellations:
If, the day before this Social is due to take place, less than 6 members are available to attend, this Social will be cancelled. CitySocialising HQ will notify you by phone or email and update the information here. Therefore, please ensure you've entered your correct mobile number in your Profile. This is strictly confidential and used only in emergencies by CS staff.
